The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Danda P.S. Case No. 42/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 74, 64(1), 126(2) & 110 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO)-cum-A.D.J.-I-cum-FTC(CAW), Garhwa. 3. On 25.09.2024 at about 8:30 P.M., the petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and raped her. The informant had raised alarm due to which person of locality assembled there. The petitioner locked himself inside the room, however, he was apprehended. 4. It was submitted that the prosecutrix has refused to get herself medically examined. It was further submitted that there is delay in lodging of F.I.R. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
