The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 herein, in not registering the crime against the respondent Nos. 5 to 7, on the complaint dated 31.01.2022, lodged by the petitioner herein, though the contents in complaint against the un-official respondent Nos. 5 to 7, attracts non-cognizable offence, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional discriminatory, in violative of Art.14 of the Constitution of India, contrary to the Criminal Procedure Code and in breach of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of U.P. reported in 2014 (2) SCC Page-1 and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to take immediate action on the complaint dated 31.01.2022, lodged by the petitioner by registering a crime against the respondent Nos. 5 to 7 as per law.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Mamidi Anand Naidu,
learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no further orders are required in this matter as the relief has become infructuous.
3. Sri V.Farooq, leaned Assistant Public Prosecutor for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
