The husband of the respondent assails the correctness of the impugned order passed by the Family Court directing him to pay maintenance pendente lite @ Rs.22,000/- to his wife and daughter. 2. The appellant is drawing gross salary of more than Rs.60,000/-, whereas his net salary is Rs.58,000/-. Hence, the Court has assessed interim maintenance @ Rs.22,000/-. 3. The learned counsel representing the appellant submits that after deduction of payment of tax, the net salary comes to Rs.50,000/- . The wife and minor child in her custody have only been granted Rs.22,000/- per month which comes to Rs.11,000/- each. 4. Hence, no ground to interfere with the impugned order is made out. 5.
