Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petitioner claims that he has been working as a mali/gardener in the respondent-bank and is entitled for regularization of his services. He has made a representation before the competent authority but to no avail. The only prayer made by Shri Indra Bahadur Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Sujeet Kumar Rai, learned counsel assisted by Ms. Akshara Rai, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that the matter requires determination of facts by the competent authority in light of the applicable provisions of law in the first instance. However, he fairly contends that the claim for regularization of his services is liable to be decided by the competent authority in a reasonable time frame. In wake of the submissions made at the Bar and without going into the merits of the case, the General Manager, Zila Sahkari Bank Limited, Ghaziabad, R.D.C.A., Ghaziabad/respondent No.3 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner regarding regularization of his services in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
