ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not register a crime basing on the petitioners complaint dated 25-04-2025 is as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register a crime and conduct investigation basing on Petitioners complaint dated 25-04-2025.”

2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint of one Kodidala Peddas Venkata Subbaiah, a case in Crime No.447 of 2025 on the file of Rayachoti U/G Police Station for the offences under Sections 318(4), 338 and 61(2) read with 3(5) of BNS has been registered against the Petitioner herein and others.
3. Sri P.V.S.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police may be directed to follow due process of law with regard to the crime registered against the Petitioner.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are
directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime registered against the Petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
