The instant revision has been filed with delay of 86 days against judgement and order dated 11.07.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Room No.5, Prayagraj in Maintenance Case No.696 of 2021 (Smt. Poonam Yadav and another v. Bhaskar Yadav @ Sadhu), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Nawabganj, District Prayagraj whereby the revisionist has been directed to pay Rs.5,000/- per month to opposite party no.2 and Rs.5,000/- to opposite party no.3 till the date of attaining majority from the date of application. 4.
