Learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the office of learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents also submits that as a crime was registered against the detenu by name Rasakunta Koteswara Rao, who is the husband of the petitioner and only notice under Section 41(A) of Code of Criminal Procedure was given to him and thereafter he was let off, nothing survives in this matter for adjudication. 3. Therefore, recording the aforesaid submissions made by both learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the office of learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
