The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2, Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Maunath Bhanjan (Sadar) District Mau to decide the case no. 1364 of 2024 (computerized case no 7202415510101364) (Prabhawati Devi Vs. Ramlal) under section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Village/Mauza- Bhudsuri, Pargana Bhadaon, Tehsil Sadar, district Mau, Uttar Pradesh expeditiously if possible within stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 5. From perusal of the averments made in the writ petition as well as annexures annexed thereto, it is apparent that the aforementioned case is pending before respondent no.2 for adjudication. 6. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 7. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the aforementioned case of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
