This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the transfer order dated 23.09.2025 (Annexure-P/9) passed by the respondent No.6, whereby the representation filed by the petitioner has been rejected without considering the mandatory policy of spousal posting. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal before the State Level Committee constituted by the State Government. 3. State counsel has no objection with regard to the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
