Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State submits that according to the case data obtained from the e-courts website, FCMC No.45 of 2025 is disposed of on 17.10.2017 and filed the copy of the Judgment. 3. The copy of the Judgment shows that FCMC is disposed of and maintenance petition is allowed directing the respondent to pay Rs.10,000/- towards maintenance from the date of the order. 4. In view of the disposal of FCMC No.45 of 2015, this Court finds that the cause in the Criminal Revision Case does not survive. 5. Accordingly, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as cause does not survive.
