Kitabunnisha) arising out of Case Crime No. 826 of 2015 under Sections 120B, 420, 193, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 13 (1) D read with section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Pratapgarh, pending in the Court of Special Judge Prevention of Corruption, Court No.5, District Gorakhpur. It is further prayed to stay the effect and operation of the aforesaid proceedings. 4.Since there is no representation from the side of the applicant, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for non prosecution. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 6. Office is directed to communicated this order to the concerned court within three weeks from today. 7.
