The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the order dated 3.4.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Etah in Criminal Case No. 6432 of 2017 (State Vs. Shyoraj Singh) arising out of Case Crime No. 178 of 2001, under Sections 420, 463, 464, 465, 466, 467, 468 of I.P.C., Police Station- Sakeet, District- Etah, whereby discharge application has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
