After hearing the learned counsels, this Court disposed of the writ petition with a direction that the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the subject land without following due process of law. 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is continuing in the subject land and as such, further adjudication in this Contempt Case is not required. 4. The statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. 5. In view of the above factual position, this Court is of the view that, no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Case. 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. 7.
