Subsequently, the private respondent no.12 filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal MCD (‘ATMCD’) against the sealing order and the ATMCD vide order dated 20th April, 2026 has directed de-sealing of the subject property till the disposal of the appeal. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the subject property has been de- sealed by MCD vide letter dated 23rd April, 2026. 4. The said appeal is listed for hearing before ATMCD on 16th September, 2026. 5. In view of the fact that ATMCD is seized of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of. MCD shall take action based on the outcome of This is a digitally signed order.
