The Court made the following order:-
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the following relief/s:-
“…pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Writs, Order or Direction, declaring and setting aside the Suspension cum Show Cause Notice dated 23.12.2020 in Rc.No.DlCS/2034/2020 issued by the 2nd Respondent, suspending the authorization/dealership of the petitioner's Shop No.1215020 of Uravakonda Town and Mandal, Ananthapuram District, without conducting the enquiry and not mentioning the period of suspension, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to the law laid down by this Hon'ble Court and consequently direct the Respondents to forthwith continue the petitioner as Fair Price Shop Dealer for Shop No.1215020 of Uravakonda Town and Mandal, Ananthapuram District and pass such other order or orders.…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20240 of 2024.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents did not refute the said submission.

5. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Court is inclined to allow the Writ Petition in terms of W.P.No.20240 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
7. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 09.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.20240 of 2024 to this order.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
