Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner, for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to initiate appropriate enquiry and take action against the respondents No.8 & 9. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to make an enquiry against the respondents No.8 & 9 and to take appropriate action in compliance of liberty given by this Hon'ble Court on 10.06.2024 in WP(PIL) No. 114/2020. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 18.10.2024 and reminder dated 27.12.2024 posted on 31.12.2024 by the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 10.06.2024 within the period of 15 days. 10.5 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file appropriate proceeding for redressal of his grievance. 3.
