Petitioner herein filed the said suit against the respondents for partition and separate possession of the schedule property. Along with the said suit, he filed I.A.No.131 of 2023 for grant of interim injunction restraining the respondents 1 to 5 from alienating the suit schedule property to third parties till disposal of the suit. Grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that though the said I.A. was preferred in the year 2023, the same is not being disposed of till date, and the same is causing irreparable loss to the petitioner. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and since the I.A. is of the year 2003, the learned Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur is directed to dispose of I.A.No.131 of 2023 in O.S.No.9 of 2023, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
