This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants for correction of typographical error in the order dated 03.01.2025, passed by this Court in CRP No. 140/2024. 3. Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel applicants submits that due to some inadvertence, the number of the title appeal in paragraph Nos. 2, 4 and 8 was mentioned as 27/2023 in the CRP No. 140/2024, in the order dated 03.01.2025, but it ought to have been 27/2013, and therefore, Mr. Ghosh submits that necessary correction may be made in the order dated 03.01.2025. 4. Having heard the submission of Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel for the applicants, I have carefully gone through the application and the documents placed on record and also perused the order dated 03.01.2025. 5. It appears that in paragraph Nos. 2, 4 and 8 of the order dated 03.01.2025, the number of the title appeal has been mentioned as 27/2023, and it ought to have been 27/2013. 6. Taking note of the submission of Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel for the applicants, and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this application stands allowed. 7. Henceforth, in the order dated 03.01.2025, in CRP No. 140/2024, in paragraph Nos. 2, 4 and 8, the number of the title appeal shall be read as Page No.# 4/4 27/2013, instead of 27/2023. 8. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of. 9. Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel for the applicants shall file amended petition of CRP No. 140/2024 within a period of one week from today.
