This is an Appeal filed by the Appellant - Insurance Company under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 against the compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Parbhani, by Judgment and Award dated 24.11.2016 in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.242 of 2011. 3.
