ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents especially respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in not giving protection to Sri Akkammagarla temple at Kalyanadurgam to perform pujas and other religious programs and not conducting an enquiry about the illegal interference of the private respondents in the archakothsavam, by considering my representation dated 07.04.2022, is illegal, arbitrary and against the their obligatory duties and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to give protection to Sri Akkammagarla temple, Kalyanadurgam to enable me to perform pujas and other religious programs in the said temple.”
2. Heard Sri Seshadri Golla, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and Sri V.Vegugopala Rao, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri V.V.N.Narasimham, learned counsel for the unofficial Respondents.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to give protection to the Petitioner to perform pujas in the subject temple.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, the representation of the Petitioner is considered, however, the Police have not interfered in the subject matter since, there is a civil dispute between the parties and the matter is of civil nature.

5. Learned Senior Counsel for the unofficial Respondents would submit that the Police cannot decide the rights of the parties and the Petitioner has to approach appropriate forum to work out his remedies.
6. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
