Dileep Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for all the Respondents. 2. The present Contempt Case is filed complaining of the inaction on the part of the Respondents with regard to the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar dated 20.08.2024, which indicates that the Application of the Writ Petitioner is under process. 3. Sri J. Dileep Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for all the Respondents has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar dated 28.10.2025 along with some material papers. One of the material papers is the Proceeding of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gurazala dated 02.09.2025. The Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar, Dachepalli Mandal would indicate that on account of some technical issue, updating of the record got delayed and finally, the record has been updated in terms of the Proceeding of the RDO, Gurazala dated 02.09.2025. 4. In this view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that, though with some delay, the Order of this Court dated 21.08.2024 in W.P.No.15592 of 2024 has been complied with. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 5. Needless to state that the Petitioner is at liberty to make all other requests/prayers before the regular Writ Court in the pending Writ Petition. 3 6.
