ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking action on the complaints dated 03-01-2022, 14-05-2022 and complaint dated 27-06-2022 given Spandana by the petitioner against tho respondents No,to 7 as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Art.14, 21, 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently DIRECT the respondents No. 3 to take action on the complaints dated 03-01-2022, 14-05-2022 and complaint dated 27-06-2022 given Spandana by the petitioner by registering FIR against the respondents No. 5 to 7 and investigate in to the matter.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, since the matter is of civil nature, Police have not registered any crime basing on the complaints made by the Petitioner. 3. Sri G.V.Gangadhar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
