This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to remove the illegal and unauthorised construction made on the pathway leading to K.G.Thirumana Mandapam situated in Survey No.268/5, 268/6 and 268/7 of Punjai Puliyampatti Village, Bhavani Sagar Panchayat Union, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District based on the representation dated 07.05.2025 with the aid of the respondents 7 to 9 within a stipulated time. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.C.Thirumalaisamy, learned counsel for the tenth respondent, submitted that the offending wall as well as the gate erected after 30.04.2025 will be removed. The aforesaid stand of the tenth respondent made through his counsel is recorded. The offending wall and the gate shall be removed forthwith and without any delay. It is made clear that the rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the civil proceedings. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction and observation by recording the stand of the tenth respondent. There shall be no order as to costs. (G.R.S.,J.)
