It is submitted that the present application has been preferred challenging the order passed by the learned Family Court No.4, Ahmedabad in Criminal Misc. Application No.2548/2018 judgment dated 30.08.2019. Further, it is submitted that in the pendency of the revision application, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the present applicant and respondent No.2 has filed the application under Section 13 (B) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Family Court No.2 at Ahmedabad, Family Suit No. 256/2025 and accordingly the decree of divorce has been passed by the R/CR.RA/1534/2023 ORDER DATED: 03/07/2025 judgment dated 07.05.2025 and it is also stated in the order that wife is not going to claim any maintenance in future. Hence, the matter become infructuous, accordingly, to be disposed of. 2. Learned advocate Mr.Ullash N. Gohil for the respondent. It is submitted that the matter has been settled decree of divorce has been passed and judgment of the learned Family Court has been placed on record. 3.
