V. Baby Rani, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for all the Respondents. 2. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Representation/Application submitted by the Writ Petitioner, which has been received by the Tahsildar, Machilipatnam Rural (Respondent No.3), on 16.01.2025 (Ex.P.1). It is stated in the Representation that the Writ Petitioner is seeking mutation of the Revenue Record by deleting the name of her husband, who is now no more and to include the name of the Writ Petitioner since the Writ Petitioner has inherited the land belonging to her husband after his death. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, with a direction to the Tahsildar, Machilipatnam Rural Mandal (Respondent No.3) to consider the Representation/Application of the Writ Petitioner dated 16.01.2025 (Ex.P.1) and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today and communicate a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. The Writ Petitioner shall also remit the requisite fee for seeking service from the Government through the proper format. 4. Writ Petitioner is also directed to submit a copy of this Order along with the photocopy of the Representation/Application dated 16.01.2025 (Ex.P.1) to Respondent No.3 within one week from today, for effective compliance. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 3 6.
