The present petition under Section Article 226 of the Constitution has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers : 10.1. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the impugned letter dated 28/07/2025 (Annexure P/6), passed by the Respondent No. 2 as being without jurisdiction, illegal, arbitrary, in violation of principles of natural justice. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction commanding the respondents to restore the tender process to the stage obtaining immediately prior to the impugned cancellation dated 28/07/2025 and to allot the plot no. 13 in Block No. 5A to the petitioner. 10.3 That any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be granted in favor of the petitioner safeguarding their interest.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the instant petition. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
