A.Jayanthi, learned counsel for respondent no.1, submitted that in compliance of the directions of this Court, respondent no.1-District Collector had passed orders on 28.06.2025 and hence there is no disobedience as alleged by the petitioner. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to the petitioner to question the orders passed by respondent no.1. In view of the above submissions, this Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to question the orders passed by respondent no.1 before appropriate forum.
