T S PRAVEEN KUMAR The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to grant appropriate relief more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the proceedings HRD/NEW Plant.Aspt/3333/13/1590, dt. 07.10.2016 issued by the Second Respondent as arbitrary, 2 illegal, discriminatory, unconstitutional and void and issue consequential directions directing the Respondents to forthwith pass final orders in pursuance of the show cause notice/charge memo issued by the 4th Respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case....” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.Karunakar, learned counsel representing Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
