The instant contempt petition has been preferred by the petitioner against the respondent for non-compliance of the interim order dated 31.05.2013 passed by this Court in SWP No. 1240/2011, by virtue of which the respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in terms of recommendation made by Dy. Director Forest Protection Force, Gama Unit J-9 Batote vide No. 748/J- 9/2011-12 dated 08.03.2012 and pass appropriate order. It was further directed that while passing the order the respondents shall take note of the above referred recommendation and pendency of the writ petition shall not come in their way. 2. Compliance report has been filed on behalf of the respondent on 12.12.2013, in which respondent has taken a specific stand that in compliance to the order dated 31.05.2013 passed by this Court, a detailed consideration order No. 749- DFPF of 2013dated 22.11.2013 has been passed by the Addl. PCCF/Director, Jammu whereby petitioner has been promoted as Junior Assistant in the pay scale of 5200-20200+ 1900 (Grade Pay) with effect from 07.02.2011 against the Sr.No. 49 available promotion quota post of District Doda. The consideration order dated 22.11.2013 has been placed on record. 3. This Court after perusal of the consideration order passed by the respondent, is of the view that the order dated 31.05.2013 passed by this Court stands complied with in its letter and spirit and no fruitful purpose will be served to keep this contempt petition pending.
