This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents No.2 to 5 in not taking any criminal action by not registering a criminal case in respect of representations dated 02-09- 2024 and 10-09-2024 made by the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No. 4 and 5 to register a criminal case in respect of the representations dated 02-09-2024 and 10-09-2024 given by the petitioner according to law…”
2. Heard A.Venkata Durga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police have not registered the crime since the matter is of Civil in Nature. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
