This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 5th respondent in unilaterally cancelling the registered Settlement/Gift deed bearing Document No.1332 of 2019, dated 02.05.2019 on file of SRO, Sullurpet, SPSR Nellore District through the registered cancellation/revocation deed bearing Document No.826 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020 on the file of the office of the 5th respondent/SRO, Rapur, SPSR Nellore District submitted by the respondent No.6. 3. The respondent Nos.5 and 6 filed counter-affidavits separately. However, there is no representation for the 6th respondent. 4. However, both the learned counsels submit that this issue is squarely covered by the Order of this Court passed in W.P.No.16554 of 2020, dated 17.09.2025 and the same benefit may be extended in this writ petition also. 5. In view and in terms of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of, setting aside the Cancellation/Revocation deed bearing Document No.826 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020 on the file of the office of the 5th respondent/SRO, Rapur, SPSR Nellore District submitted by the 6th respondent and the Settlement/Gift deed bearing Document No.1332 of 2019, dated 02.05.2019 on the file of the SRO, Sullurpet, SPSR Nellore District is restored to its file 4 for all the practical purposes to deal with the subject land in accordance with law. 6. The Registry is directed to append the copy of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16554 of 2020, dated17.09.2025, to this Order. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
