The applicant has approached this Court directly and no special reason is disclosed in the affidavit as to why such application has not been filed first before the court of Sessions. Hence, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the Full Bench decision of this Court Ankit Bharti vs. State of U.P. and another, 2020 (3) ADJ 165 (F.B.). 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach the concerned Sessions court.
