This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of M.C.No.901/2023 pending consideration before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to the competent Court at Hungund. 3. Having taken note of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the distance between Hungund and Bengaluru is more than 400 kms, it is difficult for the petitioner to appear regularly in the proceedings at Bengaluru. In that view of the matter, taking into account the hardship that may be caused to the petitioner herein, I am of the opinion that the petition is required to be allowed. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and that the M.C.No.901/2023 pending - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:176 CP No. 100132 of 2024 consideration before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru is withdrawn and transferred to the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Hungund, forthwith.
