Cr.MP No. 390 of 2025 The present application has been filed for extension of time to comply with the order dated 23.10.2024. It has been submitted that the applicant/petitioner could not comply with the order dated 23.10.2024 as her father-in-law was undergoing dialysis of kidney and she is the caretaker of her father-in-law; hence, the application. The averments made in the application are duly supported by an affidavit and there is no reason to disbelieve the same at this stage. Keeping in view the fact that this is a circumstance which is beyond the control of the applicant/petitioner, the present application is allowed and the time granted to comply with the order dated 23.10.2024 is extended by one week.
