...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tobe pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in considering the Petitioner's representations dated 22.10.2022 and 18.01.2023 as arbitrary, discriminatory in nature, against the Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Article 300A of the Constitution of India and accordingly direct the Respondents to conduct an enquiry taking into consideration the dilapidated condition of the cottages allotted to the Petitioner and submit a report assessing his eligibility for the allotment of an alternative shop to pursue his livelihood based on the Petitioner's representations dated 22.10.2022 and 18.01.2023 and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
