2. This writ petition is directed against issuance of notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. It is well settled that against the notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, the writ petition is not maintainable.
3. As and when an order is passed under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, it is open to the petitioners to move the appellate authority for the relief. At this stage, interference is not possible. Leaving open all the rights and contentions of the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
