Learned Special Public Prosecutor for ACB would submit that since the investigation is completed and charge is filed in this matter, seeking quashment of the case by way of a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is not maintainable. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
