The two settlement deeds are placed on record in the original form. 5. Learned counsels appearing for the respective parties jointly request that the present appeals be disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 6. In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present appeals in terms of the settlement deeds executed on 30th June, 2026, which are produced on record. 7.
