The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is 97 years old filed an appeal on 24.09.2025 before the respondent against the order of the 4*^ respondent dated 08.09.2025 under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. However, no orders have been passed on the said appeal. Being aggrieved, the petitioner approached this Court by way of the instant writ petition. Having regard to the age of the petitioner, this Court deems it 3. appropriate to direct the 3'^'^ respondent to pass appropriate orders on the period of appeal filed by the petitioner within a two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 3 4.
