Order on Board BHUMIKA ANGARE Digitally signed by BHUMIKA ANGARE Date: 2025.11.11 10:48:58 +0530
2 07.11.2025
1. The petitioner has filed the this application for reviewing of the order dated 26.09.2025 passed by this Court in Cont Case No. 1490 of 2025.
2. This Court has taken into consideration the fact that the order has been complied with and the petitioner is unable to make out the case that the
order has not been complied with which may be a ground for review of the order.
3. From the argument, it is quite vivid that the petitioner in person intends to argue that on the basis of wrong material the respondents have stated that the order has been complied with. As such this submission can not be a ground for review, infact it amounts to re-agitate the issue afresh which is not permissible at this stage.
4. In view of the above, the application for review of order is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order on the basis of which the respondents have stated that order has been complied with, before appropriate forum. Sd/- (Narendra Kumar Vyas) Judge Bhumika
