ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the in action of the Respondents in taking action on the Petitioner's complaint dt13-12-2021 as well as in FIR.91/2021 dt 09-02-2021 as arbitrary, illegal and violative of right to property under Article.21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to take action on the Petitioner's complaint forthwith and pass....…”
2. Heard Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not taking any action on the petitioner’s complaint dt13-12-2021 as well as in FIR.91/2021 dt 09-02-2021.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that basing on the contents of the complaint, a case was registered against the unofficial respondent in Cr.No.91 of 2021, dated 09.02.2021 for the offence punishable under Section 329(4), 115(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS of Gampalagudem Police Station.
5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________________________
