This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring highhanded action on the part of the respondent No.3 in pressurizing the petitioner to settle the civil dispute with the respondent No.4, which is contrary to the G.O. Ms.
No.288 / 2010, dated 06-11-2010 as arbitrary, illegal, Colorble exercise of power, apart from being voilative of fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to conduct departmental enquiry and take necessary action basing on the enquiry report against the 3 and 4th respondents, and pass..…”
2. None represented for the petitioner. 3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions, would submit that the police never interfere nor call the petitioner to the police station to settle the civil disputes. 4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
