None represented for the Petitioner. 3. Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Official Respondents, on instructions, would submit that the Police have conducted investigation in this case and finally action dropped against the Accused as the Investigating Officer could not find any material evidence to proceed further in the matter. 4.
