This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue any writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in continuing the suspect sheet vide proceeding no C.No. 692/GL - SDON (T)/13 Dated 12-12-2013 issued by the 3rd Respondent against me as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent 2 to 4 to close the said suspect sheet in the interest of Justice…”
2. Sri Shaik Omer Qaiyum, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the matter requires amendment and impleadment of some other respondents, the petitioner intends to withdraw the present petition, seeking leave to file a fresh petition.

4. Recording the submission made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
