The writ petition was filed to declare the action of respondent No.3 therein in not considering the orders issued by respondent No.2 vide Rc.No.10666/E4.B/2024 dated 28.06.2024, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to direct respondent No.3 to consider the orders of respondent No.2, regarding fixation of seniority of the petitioner in the cadre of Head Nurse in Zone-III before effecting the promotions to the posts of the Nursing Superintendent Grade-II in Zone-III. 3. The said writ petition was disposed of at the admission stage, directing the Regional Director, Medical and Health Services, Guntur, Guntur District, to pass appropriate orders, considering Ex.P2 proceedings dated 28.06.2024 issued by respondent No.2, if the petitioner is entitled to as per rules, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 4. Since the same was not complied with, the above contempt case was filed on 13.08.2025. Pending the contempt case, the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services, Guntur, the respondent herein issued proceedings vide Rc.No.33/B1/2016-25 dated 22.10.2025, promoting the petitioner as Nursing Superintendent Grade-II. The learned counsel appearing on either side confirmed the same. 5.
Since the respondent has issued proceedings dated 22.10.2025 promoting the petitioner, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 14.08.2024, in W.P.No.15418 of 2024. 6. Recording the above submission, this contempt case is closed. No costs.
