It is on record that till date 53 witnesses have been examined by the trial Court. We have not gone into the merits of the case. However, the learned trial Court without being influenced by the observations made in the order rejecting the prayer of discharge by the present appellant, shall proceed with the trial on its own merits in accordance with law.
