GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 25790 OF 2021 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents No.2 to 5 in not protecting the temple property belongs to Sri Nagendera Swamy Temple, situated at H.No.1-13/A, Pallapatla Village, Nizampatnam Mandal, Guntur District and also Respondents Nos. 4 and 5 in not registering the FIR against the Respondents No.6 and 7 pursuant to the complaint dated 23.10.2021 submitted by the Petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Mr. Peeta Raman, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Official Respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Official Respondents, on instructions, would submit that after receipt of permission vide Dis.No.132/2022, dated 28.01.2022 from the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Repalle, the then Investigating Officer registered a case in Crime No.19 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 506 of IPC and Section 155(ii) of Cr.P.C and same was numbered as C.C.No.632 of 2022, dated 30.08.2022, which is under trial. It is further contended that basing on a complaint of the Respondent No.6, a case in Crime No.80 of 2018 was registered against the Petitioner by Nizampatnam Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 506 and 509 of IPC. After thorough investigation, the Respondent/ Police filed Charge Sheet in C.C.No.550 of 2025 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tenali. Therefore, the Writ Petition become infructuous and this Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
