The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The order rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners by this Court has not been interfered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, as such, the Court is not inclined to consider the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioners. 4.
