GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.29254 of 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of 2nd respondent in deciding Petitioner’s appeal dated 23.05.2025, filed against order of termination dated 30.04.2025, passed by 3rd respondent, as being illegal and arbitrary. 2. Petitioner, while working as Field Assistant, has been issued show cause notice on certain allegations and after conducting inquiry, final orders were passed removing him from service. Assailing the same, the Petitioner preferred appeal before the 2nd respondent, which is stated to be pending consideration. 3. Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.1 and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said appeal. 3 5. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that as appeal is stated to be pending, the same will be disposed of in accordance with law. 6. In view of aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the very appeal, preferred by Petitioner on 23.05.2025, after providing due opportunity of hearing to petitioner, by passing appropriate speaking orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such exercise is completed, respondents shall not make any permanent arrangement with respect to the post in question. There shall be no order as to costs.
