Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus directing the Chief Revenue Officer, Azamgarh, District: Azamgarh (Respondent No.2) to decide the Appeal No.D202415060002283 (Ram Adhar Vs. Tehsildar Sagari and others) u/s 67(5) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 08.08.2024 expeditiously if possible within three months as within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. This Court has no information as to actual pendency before the court below regarding similar matters and therefore, no direction for expeditious disposal of the appeal can be issued by this Court. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Since the proceedings are pending, it is expected that appeal will be decided in accordance with law after provided opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 6.
